The red pandas at the zoo were amazingly red and healthy and seemed like totally different animals to their counterparts in the Beijing zoo with hardly a cover of fur and certainly not red.

When you visit a beach and say 'don't get wet, you can guess what happens'...

The flying fox is of a nearby adventure park that Charlotte and I have done twice now (similar to the one in Bali but safer). Many muscles hurt after that and you always feel a sense of achievement, and that you are not over the hill if you can still zip along the flying foxes.

Squat pants and take on Kate/William's wedding attire

First we saw an ad with Kate and William's wedding dress /suit and then eventuallyw e saw the wedding shop window with the actual outfits that looked pretty much exactly the same.

Ever tried taking a short 3 year old to a squat toilet with questionable cleanliness... now I realise why they invented squat pants... their little legs just don't reach either side of the squat toilet... which means if you try you have to manouvre yourself and hold them the right way not to get wet/or pooped on, and not to slip on the mess and worse still stand in it..... the trials of travelling with kids... saw some cute butts in split pants
